Connect Claude (web) to Purple+

Control Purple+ from a Claude.ai conversation. One-time, 2-minute setup to let Claude draft, schedule, approve and publish through your Purple+ organisation.

Control Purple+ from a conversation in Claude.ai. Ask Claude to generate posts, schedule them, send emails, approve drafts, or publish ads — and it all runs in your Purple+ organisation, billed to your credits.

This guide walks you through the one-time setup. It takes about 2 minutes.

What you'll get

Once connected, you can say things like:

"Draft an Instagram post about our spring sale and schedule it for Friday at 10am."
"Show me the drafts waiting for approval."
"Publish a Meta Ads campaign for the new collection with a €50 daily budget."

Claude handles the conversation. Purple+ does the work.

Before you start

You'll need:

A Claude.ai account on the Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan. The Free plan does not support custom connectors.
A Purple+ account with at least one organisation set up.

Step 1 — Copy the Purple+ MCP URL

Copy this URL — you'll paste it into Claude in the next step.

Step 2 — Open Claude's connector settings

Go to claude.ai and sign in.
Click your profile (bottom-left) → Settings.
Open the Connectors tab.
Click Add custom connector.

If you don't see "Add custom connector", check that you're on a paid Claude plan and that custom connectors are enabled for your workspace (Team/Enterprise admins control this).

Step 3 — Paste the URL and connect

In the dialog:

Name: Purple+
Remote MCP server URL: paste https://mcp.purpleplus.ai

Click Add (or Connect).

A Purple+ popup will open.

Sign in to Purple+ if you aren't already.
Choose the organisation Claude should act on behalf of. Every action Claude takes — and every credit it spends — will be charged to this organisation.
Review the permissions and click Allow.

The popup will close and Claude will show "Purple+" as Connected.

Step 5 — Try it

Start a new Claude chat and try one of these prompts:

"Using Purple+, generate a LinkedIn post announcing our Q2 results."
"Schedule that post for next Tuesday at 9am."
"Show me the social posts waiting for approval in Purple+."

Claude will call Purple+ and reply with a link to the result you can open and edit.

Managing the connection

Revoke access: in Purple+, go to Connectors → AI LLMs and click the trash icon next to Claude. Access is cut off immediately.
Re-connect: just repeat Step 3. You can connect Claude to a different organisation by signing in to that org first.
Switch organisations: revoke, then re-connect and pick the new org during sign-in.

Troubleshooting

The popup didn't open. Allow popups for claude.ai in your browser, then click Connect again.

"Invalid session" or "Sign in to continue". Open app.purpleplus.ai, sign in, then retry the connect flow in Claude.

Claude can't see the Purple+ tools. Remove the connector in Claude's settings and add it again. Start a new chat afterwards.

My action panel link doesn't open. Make sure you're signed in to Purple+ in the same browser. The link uses a short-lived token tied to your session.

FAQ

Is my data safe? Yes. The connection uses OAuth with scoped tokens. Claude never sees your password. You can revoke access at any time and the tokens stop working immediately.

Which Claude models can use this? Any Claude chat on a plan that supports connectors. The model itself doesn't matter — connectors work at the account level.

Can my whole team share one connection? Each Claude user adds the connector individually, but they can all pick the same Purple+ organisation. Usage from every teammate is billed to that organisation's credits.

Does Claude post things without asking? No. Generation, scheduling, and publishing always produce a Purple+ action panel that you review and approve before anything goes live.

Where do I see what Claude has done? Open Purple+ → Drafts or Calendar. Every action Claude takes shows up there with full history.
