Plans & Pricing

Purple+ comes in three plans: Free, Pro, and Scale. They share the same core platform — the difference is mainly how many credits you get each month, plus a few extras on the paid tiers. You can start free and move up whenever you need more.

The plans at a glance

Free

Best for trying Purple+ out, or for solopreneurs with light needs. You get 200 credits a month, no credit card required, plus unlimited team members, workspaces, connected accounts, and storage — and community support.

Pro — $49/month

Best for solopreneurs and small businesses publishing regularly. You get 3,000 credits a month, Purple+ Flow (Autowork) running weekly, and email support, on top of everything in Free.

Scale — $149/month

Best for agencies, high-volume marketers, and anyone managing several brands. You get 12,000 credits a month, Purple+ Flow, and priority support.

What every plan includes

Even on the Free plan, these aren't capped:

• Unlimited team members and workspaces

• Unlimited connected social and ad accounts

• Unlimited storage and content history

So you're never charged for adding a teammate, connecting another account, or keeping your past work — the plans differ on usage (credits) and automation, not on access.

What are credits?

Credits are how Purple+ measures usage. Each piece of content you generate uses some, and your allowance refreshes every month. If you need more, moving up a plan raises your monthly credit allowance. (See: Credits explained.)

What is Purple+ Flow?

Pro and Scale include Purple+ Flow (Autowork) — automation that does work for you on a weekly basis, rather than you prompting for everything by hand. (See: Purple+ Flow explained.)

How to choose

• Just getting started, or testing the water? Start on Free.

• Publishing content or running ads regularly? Pro gives you the volume and automation to keep up.

• Running multiple brands, a team, or high volumes? Scale is built for that.

How to change your plan

Plans live in Settings in Purple+. Open the left-hand sidebar, click Settings, scroll to the Plans section, and choose:

• Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Scale to move up.

• Downgrade to Free to step back down.

Cancelling your subscription

If you cancel a paid plan, your organisation keeps it for the rest of the billing period, and then automatically moves to the Free plan — your account stays open and your work stays intact. You can cancel from the same Settings page, under Cancel subscription.
