Purple+ Credits Explained
Credits are how Purple+ measures usage. Learn what uses credits, how many come with each plan — 200 to 12,000 a month — and what to do when you run low.
Credits are Purple+'s usage currency. Every plan comes with a monthly allowance — from 200 on Free to 12,000 on Scale — and each piece of content you generate uses some.
That's the whole model. There are no per-seat fees and no caps on workspaces, connected accounts, or storage. You pay for what you create, nothing else.
What uses credits
Credits are spent when Purple+ generates something for you:
-
Social media posts
-
Blog articles and web copy
-
Email campaigns
-
Ad creative and headline variations
-
AI-generated images
-
Purple+ Flow runs — the weekly auto-generated bundle on Pro and Scale draws from the same monthly allowance
What never uses credits
Everything structural in Purple+ is unlimited, on every plan — including Free:
-
Adding team members
-
Creating workspaces
-
Connecting social and ad accounts
-
Storage and content history
So inviting a colleague, adding another client workspace, or keeping every piece of content you've ever made costs you nothing.
Your monthly allowance

Your allowance refreshes every month. Unused credits don't roll over — each month starts fresh from your plan's allowance.
Running low?
You can see your remaining credits in Settings.
If you're regularly running out, the fix is moving up a plan: open Settings, scroll to Plans, and upgrade — Pro takes you from 200 to 3,000 credits a month, and Scale to 12,000. There are no one-off credit top-ups, so upgrading is how you get more.
